Return Policy
We are committed to full customer satisfaction. If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase date, no exceptions. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to an Only Vintage Eyewear warehouse.
Complimentary exchange shipping is only offered on damaged/defective items for the same item. Only products purchased on only-vintage.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to an Only Vintage Eyewear warehouse.
All other returns must be processed at the original place of purchase.
We kindly request that you keep items in their original, unused condition with all accompanying accessories for a hassle-free return process. Items we suspect are not in their original condition, such as those showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original accessories (e.g. transparent travel case for eyewear, "Polarized" lens sticker for polarized sunglasses), may be subject to rejection during the return process, and as a result, no refund will be issued for such items.
We accept returns/exchanges on orders from the US and Canada only.
Final Sale: All other international orders are final sale. All Sale items are final. Valid while supplies last. No returns or exchanges.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@only-vintage.com.
We usually receive returns within 7-10 business days from the ship date. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment typically within 48 hours. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 3-5 business days. If you are exchanging, then once your exchange is received we will process your replacement within 2-3 business days.
Return Policy Within 30 Days of Purchase Date:
- We accept returns on full price and discounted items with the exception of final sale items.
- If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
- “Sale” items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
- In the event an item is damaged during transit to us, we cannot process your refund. Resolving any damage disputes with the shipping carrier is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns labels are valid for 30 days after issuance.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the return-eligible criteria above.
Terms of Service
- Only Vintage Eyewear ships via UPS® or USPS® for all replacements.
- P.O. Box addresses are NOT accepted for RMA returns. You must provide us with a physical address to continue with the RMA process.
- Only Vintage Eyewear sole liability and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s), shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question.
- Only Vintage Eyewear shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost packages.
- For exchanges, once the replacement is shipped, allow 5-10 business days for the item(s) to arrive.
- Only Vintage Eyewear is NOT responsible for return freight charges resulting from invalid or expired RMA shipments.

Warranty Claims
We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses with a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures (such as loose hinges that weren't overtightened, frame separation at joining points, or coating peeling without external damage). Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the defect, and we'll provide a replacement pair at no cost. This warranty excludes damage from accidents, improper use, or wear and tear such as scratches on lenses, bent or broken frames from sitting or stepping on them, or discoloration from exposure to chemicals or excessive heat.
Contact us at info@only-vintage.com with your order number and photos of the manufacturer defect. We process all claims within 14 days.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., email) to info@only-vintage.com within 14 days of receiving your order, subject line Withdrawal Request.
Return Procedure and Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to our designated United States warehouse depot return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the goods until they reach our facility. Please be aware of this as purchase means agreement to our Terms and Conditions and Shipping and Returns policies.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may examine the goods as you would in a physical store, but you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
