Questions about shipping

Fulfilling orders prior to shipping can take between 1-3 days. Your order will be shipped either ground (3-5 business days) or express (1-2 business days) depending on your selection. We work with top courier partners to offer you fast, tracked shipping.

Rest of World Shipping

We provide shipping to certain countries. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide. The warehouse country depends on your location.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNING

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days. We will refund the full amount, excluding return shipping costs, when the product is received in good condition.

Yes, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. We recommend sending the return shipment with Track & Trace because we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments. For more information, please consult our Shipping Policy

As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will try to process it within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation when the processing is complete.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYMENT

Yes, you will receive an invoice by email when your order is completed. A copy of the invoice can also be found in your account.

In most cases, we do not charge extra fees for payments. Any costs will be clearly stated at checkout.
