We currently do not support pay on delivery.

If the package is still in transit, chances are it will still delivered as soon as possible. Also there can be any delay caused by customs. We have no control over this.
If you think that the delivery time is already passed please contact us as soon as possible at info@only-vintage.com
We are here to help if your order has not arrived or has been lost during transit.
We already paid for taxes/import duties. So there is no need to worry about this.

You can either fill in your tracking code you received in your email or you can fill in your order number and email. This all can be found in your email inbox (can also be in spam folder).
Our shipping is totally free to all countries we ship to.
It can take around 2-4 business days for your tracking information to be shown on the Order Tracker. Please don't worry about this and check the tracking code later.
We almost ship to all countries worldwide. Some countries we do not ship to due to customs related issues or too long shipping time.

It takes up to 5 business days for your refund to come through.
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to info@only-vintage.com
