Shipping Times
We provide shipping to certain countries. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide. The warehouse country depends on your location.
Certain taxes and duties are already covered and paid by Only Vintage. Fulfilling orders prior to shipping can take between 1-3 days. The estimated delivery time:

*Custom clearances may affect shipping delays in some orders / we are experiencing high amount of orders which may cause a slight delay in fulfilment time.
Refunds
For standard purchases, it is not possible to offer refunds for fulfilled orders. We offer refunds only for orders that were not fulfilled due to products out of stock, supplier issues, or clear and documented evidence of unfulfilled orders.
Returns
You may initiate a return within 14 of receiving your item by emailing info@only-vintage.com.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to our United States warehouse depot. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Returns will only be accepted if the customer provides a valid tracking code or we receive the item within our depot within 14 days.
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- Your refund will be processed within 7 days
- Please allow an additional 3-7 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement
For international customers: Please note that return shipping to our US warehouse may involve international shipping fees and potential customs duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., email) to info@only-vintage.com within 14 days of receiving your order, subject line Withdrawal Request.
Return Procedure and Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to our designated United States warehouse depot return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the goods until they reach our facility.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may examine the goods as you would in a physical store, but you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refund Policy for EU Withdrawals
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a premium delivery type).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of either receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Cancelling Order / Update Shipping Address
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 3 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to info@only-vintage.com.

Warranty Claims
We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses with a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures (such as loose hinges that weren't overtightened, frame separation at joining points, or coating peeling without external damage). Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the defect, and we'll provide a replacement pair at no cost. This warranty excludes damage from accidents, improper use, or wear and tear such as scratches on lenses, bent or broken frames from sitting or stepping on them, or discoloration from exposure to chemicals or excessive heat.
